The SVPN User Portal has been renewed to be accessible from the Microsoft Edge and Chrome browser.

2. URL - v5.samsungvpn.com(Edge, Chrome browser) - If Suburl is used, enter "v5.samsungvpn.com/Suburl" and connect. ex) v5.samsungvpn.com/partner - Provides in parallel with the current user portal(www.samsungvpn.com) for about a month. - After the parallel period, the new portal will be provided as a 'www.samsungvpn.com' URL.
3. Suport PC - Only Windows OS
4. Changes 1) Manualy installation of client program program is required(SVPNManager) 2) For enhanced security, users who initial access or do not register PC are restricted from issuing OTP through E-mail (SMS, Knox Messenger available) - Only users who access from the designated PC can use E-mail
